Return Policy


Please read carefully before making your purchase. We want to ensure that you have a great experience with your Queens Royal Hair products. Our support team is here to answer any questions you have regarding return and shipping and also to troubleshoot any issues encountered. In an event, you need to return your purchase, please follow the applied return terms below.

Return Terms:

» Please contact our customer service department by phone or email provided below prior to initiating return.

» Product must be in resalable condition for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Any returns imitated or received after 15 days will be refused back to the customer.

» Products must be completely unused with the packaging with accessories included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

» Unless the shipped product is damaged, customer must cover the shipping cost associated with sending the product back to Queens Royal Hair.

» Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable

» Item must be returned in the same exact condition you received in. Returns in any other condition will not be refunded.

» Please ensure you acquire tracking and/or insurance for your return so that we can ensure your package makes it back to us safely.

» Products that are damaged by mishandling, misuse and poor maintenance are not eligible for returns.

 

Queens Royal Hair will not reimburse or pay for return shipping or re-delivery shipping costs except the following circumstances
* Customer received the wrong item.
* The item is defective. (For defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

 

Return Process:

» Email myqueensroyalhair@gmail.com with your original order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for returning it.

» Queens Royal Hair customer service department will respond to your return request with an address to ship the return to.

» Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original package. Queens Royal Hair is not responsible for shipping damage on the item.

» Ship the return back to Queens Royal Hair to the provided address and provide a tracking number for the return.

» The return will be processed or refunded/exchanged within 48 hours of Queens Royal Hair receiving it.

» An email will be sent to the requester once the return transaction is imitated.
